The Truthful Party aims to bring greater truths and simple, ethical, creative solutions to all the worlds’ problems including the tragic global scale of fear, suffering and poverty.

 

We live in a fear-based competitive society. There is no good reason for this. There is an abundance on this planet available to every man, woman and child. There are enough resources, and 7 billion magnificent beings on this beautiful world of ours, so what's stopping us from living, working, creating and playing together in loving cooperation? Let's look at what's creating the fear that separates us.

 

There is a myth of scarcity that exists. It comes from our mistaken beliefs. One of our mistaken beliefs is that the currency we use has real value. Money is issued to us as debt, and humanity is being trapped in an ever increasing spiral of debt slavery. But capitalism - making money out of money - and the monetary economy are collapsing and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it. It has been the source of all the corruption in the world which is unfathomably deep and beyond the scope of comprehension.

 

In order to create a fully ethical society we need to create a new currency which each and every one of us controls. This is our prime policy.

 

There is only one true currency, and we all have an equal amount of it, and that’s time. Each of us controls our own 'wealth' by the amount of time we put in. As the financial banking system collapses and the new currency replaces it, a new banking system will be created. Time Banks, which are in operation on a small scale worldwide right now, will need to be grown and networked. That means that in the new ethical economy, an hour of a brain surgeon's time is worth the same as an hour of a road sweepers time. In this new world, we will be working for the benefit of all, not just working out of self-interest. In an abundant world, there is no need to conserve self-interest. Then the abundant resources of the Earth can be shared for the benefit of all, paving the way out of this fear-based society, into one in which we all live, work and play cooperatively for the benefit of all.

 

We also need to demolish the barriers of fear that we have barricaded our true selves behind in our personal relationships. We hold ourselves back from compassionate loving self-expression, because we fear being judged, rejected and hurt. It takes courage to open up our vulnerabilities to each other, but that's what leadership is all about.

 

The Truthful Party leader is a good man, Anthony Goodman.

 

 

He is willing to step up in true leadership style as the one who goes first. Anthony is happy to reveal his own life journey in detail - the light and the dark of it. He hopes this will inspire others to reveal there own vulnerabilities in order to develop trust in their relationships so we may fearlessly create caring personal, trading and national relationships.

 

Anthony has been a truth seeker all his life. At the age of 5 he remembers wondering "Why am I me and not someone else? Why do I look out from my eyes and not your?" No one was able to answer this kind of question, so he set about exploring and investigating truths of all kinds in order to find as complete a picture of the origin, meaning and purpose of life as possible. He has reached remarkably simple conclusions which have informed him of how to make life work truly well for us.

 

But please don’t believe a word Anthony says. Measure it by your own truth and knowing. Your truth is what’s important. If you find what he says truthful to you, please pay attention. If what he says is not your truth, then please be open minded to the fact that you may not have a complete understanding, the understanding of which could enlarge your belief systems and change your perspective completely. Anthony himself loves to learn from people and expand his own truth as his understanding expands.

 

 

Core beliefs

 

Humanity is on a journey of evolution. This journey will lead us out of fear and separation into a complete sense of unity with each other and all that lives. A  key part of the journey over the next few years is to demolish the myth of scarcity.

 

We understand that Planet Earth is abundant in enough material resources, energy and human creativity for each and every one of us to have our needs for homes, healthy food, clean water, clothing and energy met many times over if we work together in loving cooperation. What stops us is a fear-based competitive society, underpinned by the mistaken belief that there is not enough of what we need to live and share comfortably and happily. Not enough material resources, not enough freedom, not enough time, not enough truth, honesty or love.

 

We keep ourselves in this fear-based society primarily through our monetary supply. We are competing with each other for as much of the finite money supply that each of us can individually gain and hold on to. Many people make money of simply having money and playing the ‘casino economy’ Yet money is simply the means for converting labour into resources, which are abundant. In an abundant society there is no need to complete because there is enough for all. Wealth is created by the combination of technology and labour. Money, the means of exchange, is largely created by someone other than us – the Central Banks, and loaned to us at interest. This is known as fractional reserve banking. The only way we can pay the interest back is to borrow more money, which has interest attached. So humanity is imprisoning itself in an ever increasing cycle of debt slavery of which the sole purpose is profit. Our civilisation is driven by profit, rather than the well-being of all.

 

As the independent film by Peter Joseph, Zeitgeist Addendum (available to watch free of charge at www.zeitgeistmovie.com) so clearly points out, we need to move from a monetary-based economy to a resource-based economy. Firstly we have to understand the monetary system:

 

 

“Of all the social institutions, we are born into, directed by, and conditioned upon.. There seems to be no system as taken for granted, and misunderstood, as the monetary system.

 

Taking on nearly religious proportions, the established monetary institution exists as one of the most unquestioned forms of faith there is. How money is created, the policies by which it is governed, and how it truly affects society, are unregistered interests of the great majority of the population.

 

In a world where 1% of the population owns 40% of the planets wealth. In a world where 34.000 children die every single day from poverty and preventable diseases, and, where 50% of the world’s population lives on less than 2 dollars a day… One thing is clear. Something is very wrong. And, whether we are aware of it or not, the lifeblood of all of our established institutions, and thus society itself, is money.

 

Therefore, understanding this institution of monetary policy is critical to understanding why our lives are the way they are. Unfortunately, economics is often viewed with confusion and boredom. Endless streams of financial jargon, coupled with intimidating mathematics, quickly deters people from attempts at understanding it. However, the fact is: The complexity associated with the financial system is a mere mask. Designed to conceal one of the most socially paralyzing structures, humanity has ever endured.”

 

Although Zeitgeist Addendum is informative viewing to gain a deeper understanding of the corruption generated by the monetary system, very little is said about how we release ourselves from it and move to a resource based economy.

 

This is where The Truthful Party comes in – currency reform:

 

The way to free ourselves, each other and all humanity is to create a new currency which each and every one of us controls. There is only one true currency. Time. We are all spending time, all of the time. When we spend time it’s gone, but when we spend it on each other, that energy is conserved. An economy very simply put is an exchange of labour. We can keep most of our present economy running by growing, nurturing and networking Time Banks and other such models. An hour of a brain surgeon’s is the same as a hair dresser’s, but they may not be able to barter time, so banking our time-effort is all that’s required. When enough of us can meet our needs from the time banking community, the financial world can crumble to dust as it is doing before our very eyes. As all the financial currency sucks itself into an ever deepening black hole, all the corruption of the world, which is unfathomably deep and beyond he scope of comprehension, will also evaporate. Abundance is abundance for all… The definition of ‘abundance’ is: the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it. It’s that simple. Core values

 

The most important and precious gifts to us on Planet Earth are other Human Beings. We need each other, so we need to unify as one team, one family, one organism. Loving expression is only blocked by fear. All fear ultimately is False Evidence Appearing Real. This is why it is of prime importance that we connect with each other - family, friends and others whose lives we touch - in openness and honesty. Taking the courageous step to reveal one's own needs and vulnerabilities to others is the surest way of developing trusting, supportive and loving relationships.

 

As Charles Leadbetter wrote in The Guardian on July 1st 2009, "Relationships are at the heart of what makes for a good life. Living as a solitary individual, for most people, is a recipe for unhappiness. Much of what we most value - love, friendship, trust, recognition, care - comes from relationships with family, friends and social networks. People grow up well and age well if they have supportive relationships. Equally, relationships that collapse or turn sour are the main source of the bad life.

 

Families that live in a constant state of crisis, with children caught up in the fracturing, centrifugal and sometimes violent relationships of the adults in their lives, are another significant source of long-term social costs. Much of the challenge of youth offending, knife crime and gang culture comes down to malign peer influences: the wrong sets of relationships. Even among the affluent, there is a pervasive sense that life is increasingly organised through fleeting, often impersonal transactions, rather than lasting relationships.

Many social ills come from relationships that are dysfunctional. It follows that public services, especially around such things as social care, long-term health conditions, education dropouts, offender rehabilitation and family breakdown, should be designed so people can form or restore relationships that will support them. The challenge of the future is how public services can support relationships, at scale, without being heavy-handed."

In our innate nature we are all good people, but there are many reasons why good people do bad things. A truth we hold is that everyone is doing their best given their belief-systems, points of view, deeply ingrained fears, emotional pain, ignorance and conditioning. Everyone can contribute to the well-being of all. Those who truly can’t because they’re too young, too infirmed or too old, will be looked after by all of us. We must look after them as we have been looked after ourselves by others in our most challenging and incapable times.

 

Normal human behaviour as we experience it in the world today is to be selfish, greedy, secretive, dishonest and competitive which is a behaviour born out of fear. Without fear, we are free to love, express ourselves, and be of service to each other.

 

We are fearful because we believe there is something we need (money, love, sex, a job, a relationship), or that what we have we might lose. In a world abundant in material resources, understanding and 7 billion potentially loving beings, there is no lack.

 

 

Our Vision

 

Our vision is to unify all humanity as one family, living, working, creating and playing together in loving cooperation.

 

The party leader Anthony Goodman has a unique ability to get this job done at this time. He is very capable in the field of conflict resolution of all kinds. His unique strengths, gifts and talents lend him well to resolving conflict in personal relationships, business relationships, national relationships and religious relationships.

 

We aim to create a fully ethical society within two years, by breaking down the fears that are rife within our civilisation. Fear is the only problem in the world today. It holds us back from true self-expression as individuals and from all of us working together in loving and caring cooperation. We currently live in a fear-based society in which we blindly compete with one another for what we believe there is not enough of. We believe there are too few material resources, there is too little time, too little freedom and too little love, and therefore we have to compete with each other to get and maintain these. Planet Earth is abundant in material resources, energy, human resources, and love. There are now 7 billion potentially creative and loving beings on this planet of ours, but we are consumed by fears we merely believe to be real.

 

The basic steps to release us from fear-consciousness are:

 

  1. Creating a new currency which every individual controls. Presently, and for the last few centuries, our currency has been created, issued and controlled by someone else – the banking system. The governments of the world let them. American President Woodrow Wilson’s greatest regret! They have loaned us money as debt with humanity caught in an every increasing cycle of debt slavery. We are currently watching the collapse of capitalism (making money out of money) and the monetary economy.  And yet there is only true currency - Time. An economy is very simply a trading of labour. We are all spending time all of the time, and when we spend time that energy and resource are gone unless we spend time on each other, and then it’s conserved. As the financial banks collapse, we can be creating a whole new banking structure – Time Banks.   1. We also need to step into the courageous leadership role of being aware, responsible and honest in all that we say and do. In honesty we reveal our vulnerabilities to each other, thereby showing others that there is nothing they have to fear of our judgment and rejection. Family, relationship and community values are core to our policies.

 

  1. We also offer a way forward in the unification of all religious and spiritual traditions. When we truly examine our belief systems we see that every one of them is an incomplete description of the one ultimate reality that we all share. With a basic understanding of the simple metaphysical truths we can see that we are not barking up different trees, but the same tree. It’s just larger, more complex, and paradoxically far simpler than we had ever previously imagined.

 

 

Our Policies

 

 

Ethical Economic Policy:

 

Money is largely issued by the Central Banks as debt, and humanity is trapping itself in an every increasing cycle of debt-slavery. This is the route of so many of our fears. We fear survival, or we fear the loss of what we have.

 

The easiest way out of this fear is to create a new currency that every individual controls. There is only one true currency, and that’s Time. We are spending time all the time, day and night. When we spend it it’s gone, but if we spend it on each other it’s conserved. Barter cannot work in a large economy so we will create, grow, nurture and network Time Banks. We are currently developing a database of peoples’ needs and peoples’ skills and matching people up seamlessly moving from the present monetary economy to the forthcoming resource based economy.

Foreign Policy and Defence:

 

The Truthful Party advocate an end to War of all kinds. There are no victors in war. War is born out of fear. We have military wars, the War on Terrorism and the War on Drugs. The Truth Party is here to eliminate man-made fear from the world.

 

In terms of Foreign Policy, The Truth Party aims at the eventual removal of all national borders for free movement around the world as we realise we have nothing to fear from each other.

 

Health Policy:

 

The Dept. of Health will be known as the Dept. of Well-Being. Well-being is a holistic approach to help regain physical, mental and emotional quality of life, taking the whole person into account, not just the symptoms. Our current medical paradigm needs upgrading.

 

Physical well-being:

 

Much more time and effort needs to be put into our health care system. Especially when we’re young and healthy we easily forget how we will desperately need it at some time in our lives.

The Truthful Party will give all healing modalities the status they deserve. As an example of how this is being applied now is that already many medical practices in the UK recommend or even perform acupuncture.

 

We’ll be researching the truths around nutrition and human biochemistry.

 

 

Mental well-being:

 

Good mental health usually brings good physical health. A bright outlook keeps the immune system running on top form. Disease comes from ‘dis-ease’.

 

There is a deep lack of understanding in mainstream healthcare over mental health issues like depression, psychosis, adhd, etc, and addiction of all kinds. These need addressing in many other ways than are catered for by the British NHS as it stands at the moment.

 

We will make drugs a health issue rather than a criminal issue with a massive education campaign on drugs based on truth rather than fear, control and propaganda.

 

 

Emotional well-being:

 

Each and every person is nursing a wounded ego (inner child/whatever the psychology profession wish to call it). From even before we were born we’ve been psychologically imprinted with what Shakespeare called “the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune”.  Most of us are probably in denial of this. We are generally blind sighted to our weaknesses, fears and vulnerabilities, yet we all have strengths, gifts and talents which may never seen the light of day and been tapped into.

 

Innate happiness and well-being:

 

There is a part of all of us that is always relaxed, always at ease, always comfortable and always at rest. This is our Awareness. It needs no philosophy or discussion. Awareness is what’s looking, looking out of your eyes and looking out of everyone else’s eyes. Resting as awareness brings ease and comfort whatever is going on in the appearances of our lives. Education Policy:        

 

Our current education system is geared largely for the left-brain. The left hemisphere of the brain is where analytical, logical, rational, serial thinking takes place, logic and reason. We are taught knowledge rather than wisdom. The new education system will include much more right-brain focussed learning and play. This is the intuitive, creative, conceptual, symbolic side of the brain. It is the source of holistic thinking, feeling and emotion. We must be whole-brained to encompass being fully human.

 

Our current education system fails largely to each of us what we really need to know about becoming powerful, creative, responsible, caring adults. We are taught many necessary skills, but too much emphasis is placed upon knowledge rather than wisdom and interpersonal skills. There are many models of teaching, from the Montessori methods of child development, the Steiner schools, and all kinds of home education.

 

In general we need to teach ourselves from an early age awareness, honesty and responsibility and in particular we could do so much better for ourselves having taken courses in each of the following:

 

 

 

Law and Justice:

 

Our beliefs about lack of what we feel we need are the causes of all crime. As our beliefs change to a recognition that there is an abundance, what we call ‘crime’ will end. No need to be greedy, or control others.

 

While there is still fear and separation between people, and we still have boundaries, some form of consensual boundary setting must be agreed. Those who cross the consensual boundaries we set will have to face the consequences of their actions. We believe that the threat of punishment is not a deterrent of any kind, but knowing one will have to face up to the consequences of their own actions is a very real deterrent.

Media and Truth:

 

It is too easy to mislead the reading, viewing and listening public. Most mainstream media is distorted by the agenda of the media owners whose ultimate motive is to make money. There also appears to be an agenda to raise fear. More accessible and truly independent media is needed. The internet is a great place to check out what all the media – mainstream and independent – are saying about what’s going on in the world. But don’t believe what any one source says. Cast your eyes and ears far and wide and grab a bigger picture that sits with your own current truths. However, stay open minded that something new understanding may come to light which would change our whole perception of the world.

 

 

Energy and the Environment:

 

The sunlight alone which is falling on this planet everyday could fuel us for generations to come, as well wave and tidal power, wind power and geothermal energy. Burning fossil fuels will be a thing of the past as we build the infrastructure to extract re-renewable energy form the Earth. With the ingenuity of 7 billion humans and our ever escalating computer power, toxic waste will be eliminated, transformed, eaten away, and a thriving abundant biosphere will emerge for all.

 

Agriculture, Foods and Nutrition:

 

Agriculture and feeding 7 billion people seems such a major problem right now. Over farming in many parts of the world has led to terrible soil erosion and a depletion of many of the vitamins and minerals we need. There are solutions, and many people are working on that now. One solution we found is what could well be nature’s greatest gift to humanity – Industrial Hemp. We have farmed hemp since ancient pre-history. It evolved with us. As a nutritional source it has exactly the right combination of Omega 3 – 6 – 9 fatty acids for the human nervous system and many other medicinal properties. The leaf is a superfood. The plant, of which marijuana is just a very small sub species, has over 25,000 known uses. It has such strong fibre it is idea for clothing, paper, building materials, thermal insulation, heating, etc. Hemp can grown in many parts of the world on many types of soil, which in turn can return economic power and control to small communities.

 

We also found in our research in growing Industrial Hemp, which is a weed, so it needs no chemical pesticide, that if the soil is mixed with rock dust, it remineralises the soil and adds to its depth. This is one way in which top soil can be revitalised.

 

There are many superfoods packed with the vital nutrition we need for good functioning of our brains and bodies. Many of us lack the nutrients that create the neurochemistry of a positive and energetic outlook. We have experts in nutrition we’re working with, looking into optimum diets with the foods that are available to us at present.

 

 

Science and Technology:

 

The pace of technology advances at an astonishing rate. It will not stop advancing and is likely to change the face of the planet within a very few years. It will not be long before computing power matches, then supersedes human brain capacity. This is nothing to fear. This is part of the evolution of the consciousness of this planet. Our own Universe appears to be a digital universe anyway, and we now have to be open-minded for new adventures in consciousness. Within The Truthful Party we are very interested in watching the next new paradigm of conscious existence unfold.

 

 

The New Paradigm:

 

There is a new paradigm, a new world view which we can all agree on because it’s our common truth. We will all live by it. We’re accelerating towards it rapidly. We could say that we are living through the Apocalypse. That’s nothing to be fearful of. ‘Apocalypse’ is simply a Greek word for ‘the lifting of the veil’… the unveiling… the revealing. What’s being revealed is Truth. The truth is now coming out about our fraudulent Governments and their phoney wars, our inhumane economics, our dis-eased social structures and our controlling religions. But that’s not the scariest part of the Apocalypse… it’s the truth about ourselves, and who we may or not be behind the masks we wear to ourselves and with each other. But we are in such a privileged position to be the first generation to emerge into true adult human-hood, with nothing to hide and nothing to fear. The outcome of the synergy of 7 billion people with no fear of each other cannot be known from this side of the great shift in consciousness. Be here now, and en-joy the ride.
